GO ON YOUR OWN RUN OF A KIND

Lucy, Founder of Run of a Kind talks about the wellness benefits of running and helps you plan to go on your own #runofakind, by encouraging you to run in a more conscious way instead of focusing on pace or distance.

The whole task should take around 1 hour (unless you run for a long time!).

DONATE IF YOU CAN

We know that times have been financially tough for many which is why we have made this available as a free resource.

If you found it valuable and are in a position to donate to Our Cause to provide running activities and gift running trainers to young people living in temporary accommodation in Birmingham, it really would make a huge difference
