#LEAFYBRUM
RUNNING AND YOGA IN BIRMINGHAMS LEAFY SUBURBS.
This green and leafy tour focuses on the past and present of our beloved parks and their impact on the wellbeing of people throughout history.
After a yoga-inspired warm-up, you’ll be guided through Birmingham's green spaces and leafy suburbian streets, where you’ll be reminded to run consciously and take in your surroundings whilst catching your breath at stops.
You’ll hear about the generosity of an inspirational Brummie Bab, natural landmarks SO GOOD they named them twice and the curse of Old Joe, the Worlds Highest Standing Clock Tower, that only Birmingham Uni Students know about.
